Abby’s Rain Chain

The only time we hear Abby bark is when she goes outside and sees the rain chain. Maybe this is because a few days ago she ran into it and bumped her head. We think she is still trying to convince it who is boss of the garden.

Aprés Regatta Nap

It was cold and rainy at the regatta. Abby earned a warm towel and a nap on the way home in the car.

More Regatta Friends

There were lots of other teams at today’s Regatta. Abby met friends from WPI, Smith, and Colby to name just a few. Abby’s internet persona grew to include a number of team Snap Chats and Instagrams.

 

Abby Attends her First Crew Regatta

Abby’s friend Jess and the MIT crew team were at Lake Quinsigamond today for a regatta. Abby got to see the lake and meet all the members of the MIT Crew Team.

Abby has A LOT OF TOYS, but if you ask her the best toy ever is an empty water bottle.

Abby Visits with the Garden Dragons

Our garden has always been guarded by three garden dragons. The dragons are cleverly named Norbert, Norbert and … you guessed it … Norbert. It’s easier to get their names right that way. Abby decided to sit and have a little chat with the Norberts in an attempt to get to know them better.

Abby meets Cooper

One of the exciting things that happened at Bancroft was a visit from Cooper. Abby looks forward to spending lots more time with Cooper. The two had to meet inside because the fields had just be fertilized. I am sure they will both be on the sidelines cheering on the spring sports teams.

Abby visits school

Abby had two big days on Thursday and Friday as she made her first visits to Bancroft School. Hanging around VEX robots that make a lot of noise gave her a lot to think about but she handled the new environment very well. Abby’s solution for stress … take a nap! When Abby is out and about on campus she likes to take time to smell the flowers.

Strange Bedfellows

After a long sessions of chasing toys, empty water bottles and a few fingers and toes Abby takes a nap with her friend the bronze hare. Not the most snuggly napping buddy, but she seems to like it.
